COMMISSIONING

Commissioning is the name given to the Building Energy Survey process for LEED. Reception of the building and its facilities, Measurement of energy performance, Technical Inspection and Compliance Report.

This consists of verifying compliance with the client's objectives during the design, project and construction. This process culminates with the final reception of the facilities, maintenance documentation, operator training and verification of compliance with the design values and specifications of all projects. Symbiosis has a Commissioning Authority (CXA) to carry out the process and guarantee compliance with the requirements of low resource consumption and lower operating costs.
